Intended to equip line managers with an understanding of theirs and their organisations legal responsibilities and risks it will also provide practical knowledge and tools to gain confidence in applying HR practices as part of their role.

We are happy to announce we are partnering with the University of Salford to deliver a CPD certified HR for Non-HR Managers course on 7th November 2018. The course is aimed at anyone who has responsibility for managing people and line managers who are expected to manage HR issues with minimum risk to the business.

The course itself costs £495+VAT and will be hosted at Adelphi House at the University of Salford.
